Buyers FAQ

Account applications are reviewed by hand and most are answered within two working days. Once you are approved you can browse every live listing. Individual listings are also reviewed by AWSAM before they appear in the marketplace, so the slot you see has already been checked.

You pay by card on the deal page, in one payment. Stripe sends the rights holder their share straight to their own account and takes the AWSAM facilitation fee at the same time, so nobody holds your money and the package is released as soon as the payment clears.

Every deal carries a flat 15% AWSAM facilitation fee, which is added to the listed price so the total you see at checkout is what you pay the seller. Membership is £9.99 a month for every paid account, £4.99 a month forever with the launch offer (join by 30 November). You pay once your application is approved, and your account unlocks the moment the payment goes through.

Before a deal is confirmed, all messaging happens inside AWSAM. Send a booking request or bid from the listing and the seller will respond in the deal desk. Once the contract is signed and payment is confirmed, the other party's email and phone number are revealed and you can continue the conversation however suits you both.

The seller reviews your request and either accepts, declines, or asks for more detail. If accepted, they set out the delivery brief: what you get, where it appears, the live date and when they need your artwork. You both sign that, you pay by card, and the deal moves into delivery.

Listings show fixed packages, but you can place a bid through the listing page if you want to propose a different amount or bundle. The seller can accept, decline, or counter.

AWSAM is a facilitator, not a bank or escrow service. We vet every member, log every introduction, and provide the e-signed contract. Payment terms are between buyer and seller, and disputes can be raised inside the deal desk if something goes wrong.
