AWSAM operates the sponsorship and advertising marketplace at awsamofficial.co.uk. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), AWSAM is the data controller for the personal data collected through this platform.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at support@awsamofficial.co.uk.

Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), account type and the profile information you choose to add, such as your bio, photos, showreel links, sport or industry, and location.

Listing and deal information: the listings, packages, prices, delivery briefs, messages, bids and contracts you create or take part in on the platform.

Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. AWSAM never sees or stores your full card number. We store payment references, amounts and payout status only.

Usage information: pages visited, approximate device and browser type, and anonymised analytics events that help us improve the platform.

To run your account, review applications, publish your listings, process payments and payouts, and deliver the packages bought and sold on the marketplace.

To share contact details between a buyer and seller only once a contract is signed and payment is confirmed, so they can deliver the deal.

To send you service emails about your account, listings and deals, and — where you have opted in — news about AWSAM. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

To keep the platform safe: preventing fraud, enforcing our terms, and resolving disputes.

Stripe, to process card payments and pay out sellers.

Email delivery providers, so transactional emails reach your inbox.

Other members, but only the information you publish on your profile and listings, and contact details shared as part of a confirmed deal.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep account and deal records for as long as your account is active and for up to six years afterwards, to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time and we will remove personal data we no longer need.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@awsamofficial.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
